Appellate Briefs and Appendices: This service is offered to lawyers and non-lawyers. During this consult we will discuss the timing and cost of the preparation of all documents. All briefs and appendices are billed at a flat rate payable in advance. During this meeting I will discuss with you the services offered and the appropriate cost of the preparation of the brief and appendix. I have handled dozens of appeals over the years and have three published NJ Appellate Division cases. Since my retirement from the practice of law, I am offering my experience in drafting appellate briefs and compiling appendices at a flat fee/pre-paid rate. After scheduling the consult and paying the fee, please email the order or judgment to info@amysaracores.com. I will review it in advance.
