The Family Court handles a wide variety of different cases, with numerous teams taking care of certain divisions. One team handles issues of both dissolution and non-dissolution, including divorce, nullity, child custody and parent visitation rights. This section of the Atlantic City family court deals primarily with issues regarding family separation.
